Allstate is a company that puts extreme value in the trust that is given by their customers. This means taking all measures available to ensure that all customer information is protected. In addition, being in the insurance industry puts them under a significant amount of regulatory compliance requirements.

Living into a software development transformation, Allstate has become more agile and able to deliver to their customers quickly. They created a platform architecture that allows developers to easily build and deploy Internet facing apps without compromising enterprise security standards.

In this session, Allstate will discuss how they used data classification, Cloud Foundry’s immutable and ephemeral infrastructure, network segmentation, and automation to build infrastructure satisfying the enterprise data privacy standards.
